More and more states and school districts are trying to make sure that does not happen, as there is an increasing number that are lobbying for the implementation of random drug testing for teachers. Hawaii has already made a decision, but they were unable to implement the policy due to opposition from the teacher € union. Parents would be more inclined to support the same practice for teachers.
