More and more states and school districts are trying to make sure that does not happen, as there is an increasing number that are lobbying for the implementation of random drug testing for teachers.

A substance abuser, whether habitual or occasional, will certainly be the last person on our list to whom we will leave our children for the most part of the day. When it comes to the welfare of our children, we will want only the best and the safest for them.
