Kansas House Okays Random Drug Testing for Cash Assistance Recipients Leave a reply Kansas is taking the route of other states like Texas, West Virginia and Florida by lobbying for the imposition of random drug testing for people who are seeking assistance from the state. Recipients who test positive will be provided with treatment for their addiction.
